1. What are the five ways to lower down blood sugar levels using the Diabetic Diet? Give a brief description of each.
a. Cinnamon – it helps lower the blood sugar level by slowing down the
rate at which your stomach processes the food.
b. Apple cider vinegar – it helps to slowly digest the starches that are
found in your food, which eventually turn into sugar.
c. Drinking lots of water – it helps things down the sugar in your
system by flushing it out along with water. The more water you drink,
the lower your sugar level will be.
d. Ginseng – It helps to increase insulin production.
e. Exercise – our body obtain fuel source first from the extra sugar
found in our system.
