Hi everyone

Weekend is almost here! What are your plans?

Whatever the plans are, have a joyous one with your family, friends and relatives.

Make sure you insert some time for work out.

Have you heard of this saying? Time spent at the gym will never be enough?

Haha I digress but I have to admit it is important to continue keeping fit even on the weekends!

Spare 45 mins to an hour running, or carrying the weights, whichever pleases you, as long as you get your heart rate going, that should be good.

Not only is running good for your health - providing a great cardiovascular workout, it gives you better overall physical condition, strengthens and tones your muscles and promotes weight loss!

Running increases your lungs' capacity as well as the blood circulation. On your subsequent runs, you will start to realize that it is easier for you to catch up on your breath.

So, put on your running shoes and spare an hour of your day out running!
