Hi everyone

As serious as we are about health, we joined the Tour de Trail 3km run at Mac Ritchie on 26 September 2010. Although, this was our second participation in a run, some of us still looked anxious. But others looked confidently ready. All geared up in our India Herbs shirt, we began on our warm up exercise ten minutes prior to the race - to ensure we stretch ourselves enough to prevent muscle cramps.

As the race officials started the countdown for the flag off, we got our feet ready with great anticipation. There were a good number of turnouts.
The complexity of the race did not deter us, our director finished first and he actually ran back to cheer us on. We felt a surge of motivation, support, and dedication to even possibly sprint to the finish line.

All of us completed the race with a winning smile. We were so proud of one another; our never-say-die attitude has conquered. We are a team and yes, we have done it again. And we look forward to our next race.

We hope to share the joy of having a good health to all our friends and customers.

Have you joined a race lately? If you have never, has it ever crossed your mind to participate in least once? It would feel so good; you might just want to do it over and over again.

Join a race with your family or friends today and pass on your experiences. It brings gratification more than you would have thought.

"In running, it doesn't matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say, 'I have finished.' There is a lot of satisfaction in that." - Fred Lebow, New York City Marathon co-founder

It is indeed true. We are able to justify that quote. The feeling of satisfaction can never be be told with words, its from the feelings within.
