Understanding the causes of Male Impotence.


Impotence causes a number of men to feel frustrated, inadequate, and anxious.

For men, their sexual ability makes up the 90% of their masculinity. Impotence often leads to loss of self-esteem and depression, thus, associating psychological factor as the primary cause of the condition. However, more than 80% of men have underlying physical problems that can cause impotence.

Physical Causes of Impotence include:

* Excessive alcohol consumption


* Illicit drug abuse. In particular heroin, marijuana, cocaine and anabolic steroids


* Extreme obesity


* Lack of exercise and a sedentary lifestyle
