Weekend is almost here! What are your plans? Will you be taking some time out to work out? Run a few kilometres off the beach or night cycling, whichever you prefer!
For those, who might be clueless on what to do this weekend, I have this post ready for you -
- Eat a healthy breakfast
Do you stay true to yourself and ensure you have a bowl of cereal in the morning packed with fruits?
- Start your habit of drinking 8 glasses of water everyday!
- Social meet ups with your friends, long lost friends or even them random ones!
- Have ample sleep ( 8 hours )
- Take a walk in the park, bask in the sun rays, bring your pet out.
Don't forget to bring along your sun block lotion! Rays are great (Vitamin D) but too much is unhealthy.
- Take a new fitness class
For those adventure seekers, sign up for something completely out of your zone, like salsa dance? :)
- Go grocery shopping the healthier way!
Avoid all those processed foods, pile on the vegetables, fruits, and juices! Make sure you do not go on empty stomach!
- Be expressive. Share your emotions with someone, turn up the Jazz while you paint a portrait.
