It is a rare claim. However, researches say that life can be extended and remain fit throughout old age - just by a change of diet.

Eversince US started eating more carbohydrate and less fat in the 1970s, the incidence of diabetes and obesity has exploded.

The extra glucose in our diet (remember: all carbs break down into sugar in our bodies) causes extra insulin which could affect our genes.



Cut or reduce your starch like potatoes, noodles, rice, bread and pasta. Opt for salads and low fat organic dressings or olive oil, add nuts and load on the greens along with cheese, (skinless) chicken and eggs. Load on your fruits as well. Stay away from processed foods and sweets.
